Are you trying to submit super batch payment from a Pay run or through Reports section? Furthermore, let's check your ATO Settings for Single Touch Payroll set up to verify if you have enable to selected the lodgement option on file. Here's how to:
- Click on the Payroll tab.
- Click on Payroll Settings.
- Click on ATO Settings.
- Check the Electronic Lodgment & STP, verify if the STP is enabled or not.
- Check also under ATO Settings if you've selected I will be lodging report to the ATO As the Employer or As a registered Tax/BAS Agent.
It is suggested for WPN holder to use a registered Tax/BAS agent to lodge STP events starting from 1 July 2023.
Furthermore, to check your payroll account, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, they can check your settings in a secure form.
