Every time I create a pay run the same employee always has one line of unpaid earnings. Its has no date or anything. Timesheets are fine. How do I stop this?

We've partnered with KeyPay for our payroll service. It's best if one of our agents can take a look at your employee's setup to find out why there's a line for unpaid earnings.
Go to Employees.
Click the Payroll Support button in blue in the lower right hand corner.
