Hello, @user52572.
Labour hire is the concept of outsourcing a business' recruitment process to a third party (also known as the labour hire agency/company). They take care of the entire hiring process, including payroll, superannuation, tax, and ensure that the workers provided meet the needs and expectations of the client company. The provider is obliged to pay the individual for the performance of the work.
Most labour hire workers are casual employees. Generally, labour hire workers are legally employed by the labour hire agency, and not the host.
