Thanks for reaching out. Are they seeing a particular error message when this happens? Or does it just not do anything?
I would also like to rule out any browser issues and confirm if the same thing occurs on another browser or in an Incognito window?

Thanks for your response, client prefers Chrome (don't we all!) and also tried Mozilla with no luck but Internet Explorer did.
I've asked him to clear his cache in Chrome. Is that what you'd suggest?

Since it works with Internet Explorer, you'll need to go back to your regular browser which is Chrome, and clear its cache. This helps eliminate previously-stored browsing data that might have caused the issue with approving leave requests.
Once done, you can continue approving leave requests. You may want to follow the steps below in case you need a reference:
To ensure that your approved leave requests appear when creating a pay run, go back to the leave requests and check their status. To do so, follow these steps:
