How can I change the status on a Beam Superannuation payment that was not paid to Beam but an external clearing house

Hi Lynn,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

At the moment we're unable to change the status of a super payment processed through BEAM in QuickBooks Online Payroll. However, you can cancel the batch given the following conditions below:

 

  • If the payment batch method used was direct credit/EFT or BPAY and if the status is still Awaiting payment and payment has not actually been made.
  • If the the payment batch is paid through Direct Febit and the status is still Awaiting payment. The cut off time is 3"30pm AEST and BEAM could debit the nominated account anytime from that time on, meaning you cannot cancel the abatch after this time.
  • If you've submitted the batch before 3:30pm AEST on any business day, you can cancel it before 3:30pm AESR on the same day.
