You can pay your employee in QuickBooks Online by turning on payroll in your account. Let me guide you how to:
Once set up, you can process your pay run to pay the employees. To pay employee to their respective banks, you can set up the ABA file in QBO Payroll. Once this is set up, you can upload the ABA file to your online banking and authorise the payment/s.
Set up first your ABA settings in your payroll file:
Then, when you finalised a pay run in the account you can click on Download payment file option to generate the ABA files.
