I'm creating a pay run and seeing a warning saying one of my employee's is not being paid for an earning's line. How do I remove this warning?
Solved! Go to Solution.
On the Warnings tab within the pay run, a warning is shown (Example: 1 employee has earnings lines for which they aren't being paid).
1. To understand the details of this warning, click the arrowhead button next to the warning.
2. To resolve the warning, click on the name of the affected employee. This will display the Earnings section.
3. From there, enter any missing data for the applicable earnings line. If the earnings line was added by mistake, remove it by clicking the x icon.
4. Make sure you click on Save between steps. After saving, the warning should now disappear.
5. You may now proceed with adding more details into your pay run. if you do not need to add more details, you may now finalise your pay run.
