My 2 employees have been set up for fortnightly payroll runs but they should be quarterly. If quarterly is still not available, they need to be monthly. How to change when option is not available.

Thank you for bringing this query up as this is actually a common question especially for quarterly payruns.
At the moment "quarterly" is not an option that is available in KeyPay.
We however have a workaround, due to STP need to create a payrun based on your pay schedule so you can create a a payrun monthly but with zero amount on the first 2 months of the quarter and then enter the figures on the last month of the quarter.
Alternatively, you can add the Monthly Pay Schedule via Payroll Settings > Pay Schedules > Add then create a new pay schedule i.e. monthly
Once the Pay Schedule is added, you then need to go to the employee details settings and under Pay Run Defaults > Pay Schedule, select monthly.
When you create a payrun and select the monthly schedule, the employees with this pay schedule on their Pay Run Default will be added automatically to the payrun.
