If your employees are not showing up in Single Touch Payroll lodgements at all, please try checking the Closely Held Employee setting. If an employee is marked as closely held, they will not show in lodgements.

Nope that is not the problem. No one is checked as closely held employee
If employee are not closely held another field to check would be the employee's Date of Birth. I have seen in the past that the system defaults to 1900 for the birth year when you first set up the employees and it excludes them from STP.

it's something twitchy because one employee is showing up. he's the only one who isn't getting jobkeepers
