Hi derussie,

I hope you're doing well? Are you able to provide details on the issue you're experiencing?

Please see here for details on how to set up Public Holidays in Payroll.

Thanks,

Rebecca

I have been backwards and forwards on links for help. It must be so obvious but not to me :( .

The employee keeps getting $0 on the line for Christmas Day. This is only allowing one file attached.

Thanks derussie,

I'm sorry you've been having trouble with this. If you've added the Public Holiday as it's own pay category you can then set the Pay Rate per employee:

  • Navigate to Employees and choose your casual
  • Select Pay Rates under Pay Run Settings
  • Locate Public Holiday and enter in an amount
  • Save

If  the Public Holiday category is linked to say Casual Ordinary Hours it should be adding the applicable loading based on the primary pay rate.

If this is still not correct please contact our Support Team as one of our experts will be able to look into this further for you.

Thanks,

Rebecca
