Let's check your browsers settings making sure third party cookies is enabled. If you've blocked third party cookies on your browser settings it will cause loading issues on Employees tab like blank or white screen on it. Let me show you how.
For Google Chrome:
- Select the 3 vertical dots on the top right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Under Privacy and Security select Cookies and other site data.
- Select Allow all cookies under General Settings.
For Safari:
- Select Safari on the top left corner.
- Select Preferences then Privacy.
- Untick Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.
Once you've unblocked third-party cookies, return to your QuickBooks file. Log out, then log back in and access the Employees tab once more.
