If you think your account is cancelled, you can check this on your Account and Settings page. I'll show you how to do it:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Choose Account and settings.
- Click the Billing & Subscription tab.

Another way to verify the status of your account is to contact our QuickBooks Care Support. Your account will be pulled up in a secure environment by our representative and help check the status for you.
Here's how you can reach us:
- Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
- In the Search tab, enter Contact Us.
- Click the Contact Us button.
- Choose Callback.
