are you guys facing the same issue in Australia? No support for Tsheets , no one is answering phone calls, no one on chats, the email support is also not monitored. IT IS GETTING EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!!

I have to agree!! Live online chat doesn't work - you keep getting an automated response that goes around in circles. if you call the 1800 number listed on the app you're told by a robot that it's a 25 minute wait but that you can leave your number and they'll call you back. Then their system then doesn't recognise the number you enter, so that's not an option. I finally called the number that I found on this thread and after explaining the problems the call was disconnected! Even finding where to get help is an exercise in perseverance. Trying to get help from Quickbooks is like being stuck in a nightmare where you are trapped in an endless loop. We'll definitely be looking for an alternative timesheet provider.
