INVOICES/ Support - non existent

are you guys facing the same issue in Australia? No support for Tsheets , no one is answering phone calls, no one on chats, the email support is also not monitored. IT IS GETTING EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!!

I have to agree!!  Live online chat doesn't work - you keep getting an automated response that goes around in circles.  if you call the 1800 number listed on the app you're told by a robot that it's a 25 minute wait but that you can leave your number and they'll call you back.  Then their system then doesn't recognise the number you enter, so that's not an option.  I finally called the number that I found on this thread and after explaining the problems the call was disconnected!  Even finding where to get help is an exercise in perseverance.  Trying to get help from Quickbooks is like being stuck in a nightmare where you are trapped in an endless loop.  We'll definitely be looking for an alternative timesheet provider.

I wanted to share with you and everyone else following this thread that support for QuickBooks Time (formerly known as Tsheets) in Australia is primary done through Live Chat.

 

Here are our Live Chat operating hours where you can connect with a support agent to help you out with your enquiries:

8:00AM-10:00PM (AEDT) Mon-Fri and

8:00AM-8:00PM (AEDT) Sat-Sun

 

You can start a live chat either when you're logged in by going to HELP > Contact Us, or through the support page that Zac has previously posted in this thread.

This then becomes the definition of insanity where the same thing happens over and over again with the end result being that I still have not been able to get any help with the problems we are experiencing.  
As for the help page, as I said before, I was able to start talking to someone, but after explaining the issues we were having, the call was disconnected and I was too annoyed and frustrated to try calling back again.
