TSheets sync with QuickBooks Online to track time for customers, jobs, service items, classes, and payroll items. Once employees submit their timesheets in TSheets, you can review, edit and approve employee timesheets directly inside QuickBooks Online to eliminate manual time entry. Follow the instructions:

  1. In TSheets, in the left menu, go to SET UP > Add-ons OR Feature Add-ons > Manage Add-ons.
  2. Find QuickBooks Online Integration and click Install.
  3. Click Connect to QuickBooks. The Intuit sign-in page displays.
  4. Sign in and, if you have multiple companies, select the one to which you want to link.
  5. When prompted, click Authorize. A “You are now connected” message displays, and the Preferences window opens.

The TSheets mobile app only captures employee locations when they are on the clock. GPS data received when employees are off the clock or on break will never be accessible by employers, administrators, or TSheets.

When an employee enters or leaves a job site, their TSheets mobile app will send a reminder to clock in or out and suggest a list of job options associated with that location. The TSheets geofencing feature uses GPS points to trigger responses that send alerts to mobile devices when users enter or exit the geofenced territory. TSheets geofencing can help with fewer timesheet edits, an extra level of verification, and an easier experience overall.

Use the TSheets Projects feature to keep team members on the same page with the in-app feed and they can add notes to the feed. Track hours worked on tasks for employees working different jobs on the same project and Managers can track progress to plan with a deadline for the entire project.
