Let's check your browser settings and make sure to enable third party cookies. I recommend using the steps below to check your settings:
For Goole Chrome:
- Select the 3 vertical dots in the top right-hand corner.
- Select Settings then Advance.
- Under Privacy and Security select Content Settings.
- Select Cookies and Turn off Block third-party cookies.
For Safari:
- Select the Gear Icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Select Preferences then Privacy.
- Next, to Block Cookies tick Never.
Then, close the browser and re-launch them and access your QBO payroll tab once more.
If the issue persists, I recommend using a different supported browser like Firefox or Edge browser.
