Print Payment Summary although have reported through STP

Hi,

 

Some of my clients still want to receive payment Summary for their employee although they have reported through STP.

Since some of their employees are oversea students, they're not able to access My gov.

I can't print Payment Summary for them under Payment Summary - ATO Reporting - Reports.

Could you please let me know how I print it out?

Print Payment Summary although have reported through STP

Hello Esther,

 

If employees have been reported via Single Touch Payroll, then the payroll system will not generate Payment Summaries for them. Instead, Income Statements are held with the ATO, once the employees have been finalised.

 

You mentioned that the employees do not have access to myGov. Then in order to get access to their Income Statements, the employees will need to contact the ATO.
