It may be a good idea to clear your browser's cache as it can get full of outdated information over time and interfere with use, causing issues like slow loading and actions not responding. We suggest using Google Chrome for the best QuickBooks Online experience, and you can clear your cache by:
It's also worth checking that all the fields have been filled out and that you correct any field that has a red box around it to indicate an error. If you hover over the box, it will pop up a small message to advise what needs to be corrected. Finally, ensure you are using the dropdown menus to select the business address as you enter it rather than manually typing the whole field. The address locator is powered by Google Maps - if it's having trouble locating the address, try entering another address in order to continue with setup. You will be able to go back to the Business Details and edit this afterwards.
