The timesheet submitted by the employee includes the notes added on it.
You can view the notes added on employees timesheet by following these steps:
- Go to Employees tab.
- On Manage Employees drop-down menu select Approve Timesheets.
- Select an employee and hover your mouse on the notebook icon.
Also, notes on the timesheets will be added automatically once you've approved the timesheet. If you want to hide the notes on your pay slip, you can follow these steps:
- Go to Employees tab.
- Select Payroll Settings.
- Select Pay Slips.
- Untick Show line notes.
- Select Save.
