You can set up a Report Pack to send a PDF copy of all payslips to the employer's email address.
To set this up:
- Select Payroll Settings.
- Under the Business Management column, select Report Packs.
- Select Add on the top right corner, then name the Report Pack. Choose the Period as Current pay run.
- Under Set up a schedule, select how frequently you want to send the payslips out, and what day and time you want the email to be sent to the employer.
- Under the Reports drop-down menu, select Pay Slip Report.
- Under Recipients, select Add recipient and enter the employer's email address and name.
- Select Save.
