While entering FBT via STP reporting, should you enter the FBT amount as is or do you have to use any ATO formula to it?
Also, would the FBT amount get pre-populated when trying to lodge the BAS or do you have to enter the amount manually while lodging BAS?

You'll need to enter the exact amount for your Fringe Benefits or Reportable Fringe Benefit Amounts when reporting via Single Touch Payroll. Here's how:
Furthermore, Fringe benefits tax amounts are not pre-populated in QuickBooks Online. So you'll have to manually calculate and enter the FBT amount when lodging your BAS. Make sure to turn on FBT Tax first in your GST settings.
