Hi brittany-bertsch,
Thanks for reaching out to us with this enquiry.
At the current moment there is no way to e-sign documents through WorkZone.
The closest thing to this that I can think of is the acknowledgment feature that you can use in WorkZone.
There is a good article that explains how this process works that you can access here
This would be great to send through to the Product Team, so I would definitely be putting this in the Feedback section of QuickBooks (Settings > Feedback).
I hope this answers your question, let us know if you still needed any guidance.
Kristian.
You may have 2 options:
1. Consider Docusign for your documents and utilize a connector to automate the process and move the signed documents automatically to GDrive or OneDrive. You may access the signed documents on WorkZone later.

2. Utilize this app to create a document and run the workflow including the approval process.

then utilize a connector to automate the process and move the signed documents automatically to GDrive or OneDrive.

Thanks for this. I am guessing, though, that by adding to GDrive or OneDrive that this will NOT automatically add to workzone? I will need to manually add that myself?
WorkZone integrates with GDrive and OneDrive.
what about with iCloud? :D
WZ supports GDrive, OneDrive, Box, and Dropbox. All connectors I mentioned earlier support them all.
