Hi Trish 1,
We have not received any trending issues recently regarding STP lodgements. Could you describe further with what you're experiencing when trying to lodge?
We have received news from the ATO that there may be longer processing times for STP from the ATO over the Christmas and New Year break.
Between 12.00 noon AEDT on Tuesday 24 December 2019 and 6.00am AEDT on Thursday 2 January 2020, the ATO's systems will progressively become unavailable as they complete major system upgrades during their annual Christmas and New Year closedown period.
STP lodgements received up until 12.00 noon AEDT on Tuesday 24 December 2019 will be processed as normal. After this time, the ATO will still receive STP reports, however they will not be processed until after the closedown period from 6.00am AEDT on 2 January 2020.
If you don’t have any pay runs that fall between 12.00 noon AEDT on Tuesday 24 December 2019 and 6.00am AEDT on Thursday 2 January 2020, you won’t be affected by the ATO closedown period. Also penalties will not apply for missed or late reporting during the ATO closedown period.

The drop down box in the pay event doesn't "drop down". I can't choose the authorisation and as such can't lodge the event.
Trish
Hi Trish,
I see what you mean - there is an existing investigation that the drop-downs aren't working in the latest version of Google Chrome. There are a couple of workarounds that can resolve the issue while we work on implementing a permanent fix:
Hope this helps!
