Bounced pay slip emails typically occur when an email provider doesn't recognize QuickBooks' default email address, Lindsey.
To resolve this issue, we can adjust the Pay Slip Notification settings to refresh the system. Follow these steps:
After updating the settings, you can resend the pay slip via email. To further prevent email issues, you can add the default email address (noreply@yourpayroll.com.au) as the "From" address in Payroll Settings:
Additionally, employees should mark the default email address as a safe sender with their email provider to avoid deliverability issues.
Another option is to use QuickBooks Workforce, where employees can access their payslips through a secure online portal. They’ll need to accept the invitation to create an account. Then, they can view and download any payslip previously provided through the Payroll system.
