Hi slade-transport,
Thank you for bringing out attention to this.
We are currently aware that super is still being paid at the old rate of 9.5% instead of the new rate of 10%.
Our engineers are currently working on it and have raised an investigation to implement a fix and resolve this issue for our customers.
I will return to this community thread and provide an update when it becomes available but for the moment we appreciate the patience as we work through to fix this.
Kristian.

I have a client whose rates are still 9.5%. The 'Automatically update super rates' check box is ticked.
Welcome to the Community, Books14!
It's good to hear you were able to check your payroll settings and found the Automatically update super rates' check box is tick. Let's also check your pay rates to see if the Override box is not ticked for the super.
Here's how:
If the override box is ticked, this is one of the reasons why the super rate did not automatically update to the new rate. If the employee is using a pay rate template, please check the template to verify the settings.
As a workaround, you can manually override the super rate to 10%.
To learn more about changes in the super rate, you can check this article about Managing changes to the Super Guarantee rate.

I have done all of this. The override box wasn't ticked but now is, of course. So, I perceive your response as, it's not working so you need to fix it manually. Is that right?
Hi Books14,
As long as you have selected the option Automatically update super rates on your Payroll Settings and unticked Override, super rate will be automatically calculated to 10% on your pay run. On the other hand you can we try to click on Actions and select Recalculate on the pay run or you may delete and recreate the pay run if it has not been finalise yet.
Feel free to drop a comment below if you need further assistance. Thanks.
