Once you click the Add option after entering the superfund name, this will automatically save the information. You may check it by reopening your employee's details.
However, if you can't view the changes after saving, you may be experiencing a browser issue.
Let's isolate it first by using a private browser.
Depending on your browser, here's how:
If the program allows you to add the employee's details, you may go back to your regular browser and clear your cache. Sometimes, the stored data on your browser can cause some odd behaviors and clearing them usually do the trick.
However, if you get the same result while using an incognito/private browser, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Support. They can check and use a screen sharing tool to further investigate this.
