These steps apply to QuickBooks Online Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, Advanced, Accountant, ProAdvisor, Payroll, and QuickBooks Time.
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
- Select the help icon

- Assistant tab: Enter your question in the Type or ask something field to receive answers or options from the QuickBooks Assistant.
- Search tab: Enter your question in the Search questions, keywords, or topics field to see a list of related articles.
