Please review your payroll to see if there are missing entries. However, if you've completed all the needed information, but still can't run your payroll, your can do the basic browser troubleshooting steps.
You can log in to QuickBooks in a private browser and run your payroll. This is a good start to check browser issues. If you can finish your pay run, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. If it's the same thing, you can try logging in using other browsers like Edge, Chrome or Safari to check if this only happens to the one you use or not.
