There’s only one master admin per company. However, if you have full access, you should be able to go to the Employees tab and manage employee information.
Currently, there are reports by some other customers that they are unable to access the Employees tab, and we have created an investigation (INV- 38311 ) for this. I recommend contacting our Support Team to add you to our list of affected users for easier communication and updates.
This will help our engineers determine the number of users affected by the issue. An email notification will be sent to you once this has been resolved.
Here's how:
- Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter "Employees tab" in the description field, then click Let's talk.
- Select Get a callback.
