Hi Maariyah,

Welcome to the Community. Thanks for choosing QuickBooks.

You can choose the balance forward, open item and transaction statement in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me guide you on how to create them.

  1. Click the Sales menu
  2. Go to the Customers tab.
  3. Select the checkboxes for the customer or customers you want to make statements for.
  4. In the Batch actions drop-down arrow, select Create statements.
  5. In the Statement Type drop-down arrow, select the type of statement you'd like to make.

I have attached screenshots for your visual guide.

When credit is applied to a transaction, it will show on

At this time, removing credit on your statement isn't an option. However, you can click the Apps menu on the left pane or go to the app center to search for an app that can work with your business needs.

Please go over on this article for your reference if you want to customise your statements: Create And View Customer Statements.
