I'm unable to connect quickbook online to UOB Business Banking (https://infinity.uobgroup.com/) - been asking to resolve the problem for sometime now, has QuickBooks Online taken any actions yet?

I checked our system and haven't found any related issue regarding the inability to connect with UOB Banking in QuickBooks Online. Let's log in to your QBO account using a private or incognito window. This can help us eliminate any cache-related issues that may have contributed to the problems. If you are able to connect your UOB account, head back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If private browsing doesn't work, I'd recommend using different browsers. UOB Business Banking has changed to UOB Infinity (https://infinity.uobgroup.com/). I have sent a request to Quickbooks 2 years ago but still unable to connect to UOB Infinity.
The current one on Quickbooks is UOB BIBPlus which is outdated. You'll see this instead.
United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) - Business - BIBPlus - (Singapore) blocks QuickBooks Online Edition from connecting with them.
Let them know you'd like to be able to connect QuickBooks Online Edition. Meanwhile, you can add a different connection. (155A)

Hi,
as you can see, this issue has been around since DEC 2020. Neither Quickbooks or UOB has made any effort to solve this. Apparently Zero has a good solution for inter grating with Infinity/SME from UOB. Good luck finding a solution here. Aroon
Hi, Kelly Yee and aroontan. I understand the urgency to have the UOB Infinity connection to QuickBooks Online gets fixed.
We have not received any updates regarding the UOB Infinity to QBO connection issue at this time.
Currently, you can import transactions into QuickBooks Online by uploading them manually. Once transactions are received, they can be matched and categorized to ensure proper accounting.
