My USD banking feeds figure does not tally with with Bank statement . Can I delete the particular month feeds and manually upload using bank statement figures ?

Hi there, @info1851.

Thanks for visiting the Community space. I'll provide some information about deleting particular months' worth of bank feeds and manually importing the bank statement file into QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Yes, you can delete the bank transactions that don't match your bank statement and manually import your bank statement figures afterward.

To start, let's first exclude the mismatched transactions to move them to the Excluded tab. Here's an article for your reference: Exclude a bank transaction you downloaded into QuickBooks Online.

Now that the transactions are moved to the Excluded tab, we can now delete them.

  1. From the Banking or Transactions menu.
  2. Select the Excluded tab, and mark all the transactions.
  3. Then, click Delete.

Once done, you can now proceed to import your bank statement to QBO. Just make sure it's in the correct format and that the maximum file size is 350 KB before you upload it. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu on the left pane.
  2. From the Banking tab, select the blue tile for the account to which the transactions will be uploaded.
  3. Select the Link account drop-down arrow, and then click Upload from file.
  4. Tap on Browse and select the file you downloaded, then select Continue.

  5. In the QuickBooks account ▼ dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then click Continue.
  6. Match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks, then choose Continue.

  7. Select the transactions you would like to import, then click Continue.
  8. Tap on Yes, then click Done.

I'd love to know any updates on how this goes. If you need additional assistance with your bank transactions in QBO, please don't hesitate to post again here. Have a great day!
