We're unable to modify the details and fields on the Payment Voucher. I can also send another feedback about this to our developers. I'll surely let them know that this is really what you want.
Though, we can edit the color, font, and the positioning of your company logo. We can modify your Standard template. The design of this template will affect how your Payment Voucher looks like.

Hello AlexV
May I know the latest QBO plus can customize and print the payment voucher and Journal voucher or not? Currently we are thinking about to upgrade the QB Desktop to QBO. The form printing is a very important concern to us. We need to use the manually form to print out even with the system which is low efficient to our daily work.
Welcome to the Community, @Christinehe.
I can share what I know about the features and options you can use in QuickBooks Online.
Currently, you can only customize the fields and appearance of the sales transactions (invoice, estimate, and sales receipt). However, you still have the option to print payment or journal vouchers by viewing them in the system.
Since you're new to QuickBooks Online, I recommend trying our free 30-Day Trial to navigate the features. Please visit this link and select the Free 30-Day Trial option under Plus: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/sg/.
Please know that we appreciate your input on this feature. We continue to make improvements in QuickBooks Online, and this preference might be added in the future.
Also, I've attached some articles you can use to learn more about searching transactions and making changes:

Dear All,
We need to modify the Payment voucher because is looking very amateur and no professional at all.
Please, redesign it and give us the possibility to customize.
Thank you for your understanding.
Sincerely
Frank
Hi I used to have qb for pc now when switched for qb for Mac I cannot edit bill pmt check voucher for vendorrs. All I want is to have visible bill.amt amt.Due. Apt.Paid as before on my voucher. I was trying everything and cannot set it up.
Currently, there isn't an option to customize the bill payment check, serek.
You can only customize the fields and appearance of the invoice. I'm adding this link as your reference: Customize form templates in QuickBooks Desktop for MAC.
If you also need to customize your reports, check out this article for instructions: Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.
Don't hesitate to post again if you have other customization concerns. I'll be around to help you.
Hello,
O am wondering if the option to edit the remittance slip has been added yet. It is really unprofessional and should be regarded as a priority. Honestly, its embarrassing to send out but required when I have too many invoices on one cheque and there is not enough room to list them all, so therefore required. I've attached what it looks like, it's easy to see why it is a problem for a business.
Any updates would be much appreciated.
Thanks for sharing the feature you'd like to add in QuickBooks, KristaLan. I can see how the functionality to edit your remittance slip would be beneficial to your business.
As of now, the ability to edit your remittance slip in QuickBooks Online is unavailable. I'd recommend sending a feature request directly to our Product Development team. This helps us improve your experience and the features of the program.
Here's how:
You can also track feature requests through the Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online website.
Additionally, I've included this article that'll give you a snapshot of your business. This way, you can ensure your record is accurate: Run Reports in QuickBooks Online

Not only edit the payment voucher but also be able to apply a digital signature.
Thanks for checking in with us, ISMP Co Ltd.
The option to modify the details and apply a digital signature on the Payment Voucher is unavailable. Though, we can modify your Standard template where the design of this template will affect how your Payment Voucher looks like. These are the articles you can check for your guide:
With this said, I'd recommend sending this request straight to our product engineers through feedback. Sharing features and options that you would like implemented is how our engineers look for new product updates. Here's how:
You'll want to check for a third-party application that can help you with this one. You can check out the apps that are compatible with QuickBooks at this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/. We can also do it in QBO by following the steps below:
Any questions about integrating the app into your Online account are best handled by the third-party app provider. For more tips and other resources, you may visit our page in managing your business in QuickBooks: QBO Self-help articles.
I'll be right here to continue helping if you have any other concerns or questions about QuickBooks. Assistance is just a post away. Have a great day ahead.
The community has been asking for the ability to edit remittance slips for 4 years, according to this conversation. It does not show the customer facing email either, so any questions are directed to the Company owner. This is very inconvenient because he has more important things to deal with.
Will 2024 be the year customization of all forms in QB becomes available????
... or maybe the year a new competitors comes out and has this (what appear should be simple) feature!
It has been 5 years since this question has been asked but QB development team doesn't bother to do any minor changes it seems. Its frustrating.
Its really pissed me off as I've been keep asked for this. Submitted feedback, complained to my QBO account manager your team take this slightly. Talked to Irene in LiveChat and get replied that the developer need greatest number of request to add this features. How many number your developer need to fix this? I will ask the walaQBO to spam number till you done this!
I just want to say, your standard form is suck, why QB desktop is more user friendly and features than QBO?
