Hi,
Thank you for your prompt respond, I have set the 2 category that I would like to have, however, when I recategorize in the existing invoices, the description, pricing all being reset and I have to input one by one again. I dun mind to go to all the existing invoice one by one to change the catergory, but not the existing information in the invoice, do we have anyway to do that?
Thank You,
Eric

Hi,
Thank you for your advise, I understand now. However, since I just imported all data, what I did was removed all the invoices that I want to change, than added product/service item in the csv list, than reimport again, and it works.
Thank you
Eric
