Currently, adding a cc copy in your sales receipt from the Account and Settings page in QuickBooks Online (QBO) isn't an option, @info1210. However, you can include a Cc/Bcc copy of your sales receipt when sending it through the All Sales window. Let me guide you how.
- Go to the Sales menu.
- Select the All Sales tab.
- Locate the sales receipt.
- Under the Action column, click the drop-down arrow and select Send.
- Click the Cc/Bcc option.
- Enter the email address in the Cc field.
- Select Send.
