Let me help you change your language preference in QuickBooks Online (QBO), sandy-tongaikmar

We can change the language to Chinese of your invoice from the Advanced section. Let me guide you how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and Settings.
3. Click Advanced.
4. Go to Language and click the small Pencil icon.
5. Tick the drop-down and choose the language.
6. Press Save.

We also have the Multilingual invoicing feature that automatically translates the invoice you send to your customers, based on the language you selected. However, custom texts like the email body and products or services aren’t translated. For the steps and details, see the Send invoices in different languages article.
