HI. MY HOME CURRENCY IS USD . I HAVE FEW EXPENSES ACOUNT IN SGD .HOW I CAN PRINT EXPENSES STATEMENT IN SGD

Let me welcome you first to the Community, ukt.

We have two reports that can help print your expenses statement in SGD. The Transaction List by Supplier and Transaction Detail by Account Reports will show the information.

Let’s use the Customise feature to show the currency mentioned above. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu on the left panel and then enter Transaction List by Supplier or Transaction Detail by Account in the field box.
  2. This will take you to the complete list of the statement.
  3. Tap the Customise button to access the Customise report window.
  4. From there, click the Change columns to mark the boxes for Currency and Foreign Amount.
  5. Once done, click Run report.

You can use the same steps to pull up any of these reports. I'm also attaching screenshots on how the report looks like after following the resolution I provided above.

I’m adding a guide that will guide you on how to personalize the information on a statement. It includes instructions about managing tailored reports: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.

Stay in touch if you have any other questions or clarifications. I'm here to answer them for you. Enjoy the rest of the week.
