My tax rates in the settings is different from the tax rates in my invoices pages

Let's make sure to sort it out so the tax calculations are correct, cpc-copierpc-com.
 

Sometimes, too much cache or and other browser issues can cause unexpected results when working in QBO. This can be why you're getting different rates between your account settings and in the invoice page. 

 

You'll want to clear cache or log in to QuickBooks in an incognito browsing session to isolate the issue. Here's an article as a guide: Clear Cache and Cookies to Fix Issues When Using QuickBooks Online.

 

You can also use these keyboard shortcuts on how to open an incognito browsing session: 

 

  • Ctrl + Shift + N  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox
  • Control + Option +P if you're using Safari
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Microsoft Edge

 

Once done, log back in and check if the tax rates are already the same.

Hi, i'm in incognito mode now, but it still shows 7%, which is not in my tax rates ?

At this point, I'm going to let you contact our QBO Support team, so they can get your account information in a more secure environment and check this issue further using more tools.

 

  1. Click Help and select the Search tab.
  2. Click Contact Us at the bottom.
  3. Enter a brief description of the issue and click Continue.
  4. Click Chat with us.
