Presentation of the GST column for items dates from 1 March reflecting as "SR" only for items that are taxable and "0% ZR" for non-taxable items.

GST column for invoices dated before 1 March shows the "8% SR"  and "0% ZR". How can we make the presentation consistence?

That seems weird, @accounts549

Normally, the label or presentation in the GST column will not change. Let's review the items' tax codes and make sure they're set to 8% SR and 0% ZR.

Otherwise, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this. There are times when the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, which causes some errors or unusual responses. Let's start accessing your account using a different or private browser. You can use either of these shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once it's fixed, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This is done to speed up the process the next time you do a transaction in QuickBooks Online. Also, an alternative way is to use other compatible browsers.
