After selecting custom invoice MS word file to upload to QBO, there's a white bar at the bottom of screen blocking the Next button. How to remove the white bar?

Let me help you import the customer form style in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

To display all pages properly and avoid locking the screen for the Next button, QuickBooks requires these settings:

 

  • Screen resolution set to 1024x768 or higher
  • Dots-per-inch (DPI) set to "Normal" or "100%"

 

We recommend that you maximize the browser window for working in QBO, particularly if your resolution is 1024x768. To check these settings on your computer for Windows PC, See Microsoft's support article: Change your screen resolution in Windows.

 

We can also adjust your browser settings. You may follow the steps below based on the browser you using:

 

Mozilla Firefox:

 

  1. Hold down the Ctrl and the minus (-) keys repeatedly to zoom out and make the page smaller.
  2. If you want to make the page larger, select plus (+) instead of minus (-). key.

 

Google Chrome:

 

  1. Click the menu icon that looks like a three-dotted line on the upper right.
  2. Locate the Zoom option.
  3. Select the minus (-) icon to zoom out and make the page smaller and the plus (+) icon to zoom in. It should be set to 100% or lower to display the full page.
