Let's make sure you'll be able to migrate your Product/Service Item List with sub-items into QuickBooks Online (QBO).
When migrating, you can save time by importing a spreadsheet of your products and services into QuickBooks. I'll walk you through formatting your spreadsheet in Google Sheets or Excel and importing it right into QuickBooks.

Now with regard to formatting your items with sub-items, you'll need to use a row for each item variation. For example, if your items are pieces of clothing in multiple colors and sizes, your format will look like this: [Item]:[Size]:[Color]

Got an idea from what you shared, thank you:) What I did is I Categorized the Main Item and put the sub items under the Category. I don't know if it will work or will be the same once I migrated the details of my Invoices.
