Refunds processed through Stripe is reflected separately and doesn't get updated automatically in QuickBooks Online (QBO). You'll want to create a Refund receipt to record the refund in QBO.
Here's how:
- Go to the plus + New.
- Click Refund receipt.
- Enter the necessary information.
- Click Save and close.
