Can you tell me if the Send reminders for all outstanding invoices is turned on and you've ticked the Send later box within the Invoice page? If yes, this might have something to do with a browser issue. It happens when we open a lot of websites that caused QuickBooks not to work properly.
When a feature is not responding or encountering an unexpected behavior throughout the process, we do some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
We can start refreshing your browser by clicking the Reload icon or pressing F5 on your keyboard. If the same thing happens, I would suggest logging to your account in an incognito window. We recommend this mode since it doesn't store cache. Once logged in, view the reminder list. If the feature is working, go back to your main browser and clear the cache. This helps remove any browser-related issues and refresh your browser's settings.
