Where QBO get the exchange rates from?

I notices that "QuickBooks Online uses the most recent exchange rates from Markit." Can I have the exact website so that I could have the list of historical exrate.

You're right. QuickBooks Online uses the most recent exchange rates from Markit. You can search for their website to check if they can provide you the list of historical exchange rates.
