Once you exclude a transaction, it shouldn’t appear in the register or reports. Instead, you can see them in the Excluded section. We can perform some troubleshooting steps to see if this is due to a browser error.
Let's start by using an incognito window and see if the excluded transactions still show. Here are some of the keyboard shortcuts:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Also, let's clear the cache since it causes issues in QuickBooks Online. Lastly, make sure that you're using a supported and up-to-date browser.
