Hello, Ng-irene. We'll ensure you can print the correct display amount on your line item details in your purchase order within QuickBooks Online (QBO).

First,  we recommend logging out of your QBO account. Then, clear your browser's cache to remove any outdated or corrupted data that might be affecting how the page displays. Once done, please close your browser completely and reopen it. Finally, log back into your QBO account and re-print your purchase order.

If the issue persists, you can use another supported browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.

We also suggest checking your printer's settings. You might be able to adjust the scale or fit-to-page options. A slight reduction in scale can often prevent the number from wrapping to the next line.
