I'd be glad to help import your bank transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Each bank formats CSV files differently. Thus, you'll have to ensure you're following a 3-column or 4-column format to successfully upload CSVs into QuickBooks.
Please see the screenshots below for additional reference:
The 3-column format has a Date, Description, and Amount column.
On the other hand, the 4-column format has a Date, Description, Credit, and Debit column.
In case you encounter any error messages when uploading, make sure to fine-tune the formatting.
If you're referring to something else, I'd also appreciate it if you can share a screenshot and additional info. That way, we can provide the right steps to address the issue.
When your file is formatted correctly, follow these steps to upload your transactions into QuickBooks Online. Once they're in QuickBooks, it's time to match and categorise them. They'll go into your accounts after you review them.
