If everything is good from your bank's side, make sure to select the correct bank name when connecting the account. At times, the accumulated cache in your browser causes sync and connection issues between your bank's website and QuickBooks. Start by accessing your Online account in a private or incognito window. Just refer to the shortcut keys I've listed below:
Once you're in, head to the Banking or Transactions menu again. If you're able to connect without any issues, go back to your regular browser and then clear its cache and cookies to start over fresh. Alternatively, you can switch to other supported browsers.
