Hi, my subscription was suspended due to overdue pymt. I have updated a new card details, will Intuit process the payment again or I have to make payment manually?

Welcome to the Community, waipenglau84.

 

If your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription is suspended due to a missed payment, updating your card information will prompt Intuit to automatically retry processing the payment within 24 hours. You don't have to make manual payments.

Hello there, Plow.

To update your card information in QuickBooks Online, you'll need to select the Subscription and Billing under Profile tab. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Settings and select Subscriptions and billing.
  2. Locate the Payment method section and click Edit to input your new card details.
  3. Once done, Save the changes, and you'll see the updated details in the Subscription & Billing page.
