Since you can't find your bank in QuickBooks, verify the spelling to appear the same on your bank's website. You can also use specific names to search for it or enter the URL into the search.
Sometimes financial institutions will have multiple bank names, or they might have different types of accounts, but they choose to only release one website for connection. In this case, you can try other versions of your financial institution by following step 2 of this article: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking.
If you still unable to find anything, I recommend requesting support for your bank to be one of the supported financial institutions. Follow the steps below:
